[1995] [Desperado] English Transcripts
(1) What do you want?
(2) Beer.
(3) All I got is piss-warm Chango.
(4) That's my brand.
(5) Mmm!
(6) This is damn good.
(7) I'd say this is the best beer I've ever had.
(8) Actually...
(9) You need anything over there?
(10) I'm just glad to be alive right now.
(11) I was up a few towns away. You know Saragosa?
(12) I was visiting a bar there. Not unlike this one, they serve beer.
(13) Not quite as good as this, but close.
(14) And I saw something you wouldn't believe.
(15) I'm sitting there, see... small table, all by myself.
(16) Now, this bar...
(17) was full of real low-lifes.
(18) I mean, not like this place here.
(19) No, I mean bad.
(20) Like they were up to no good, y' know what I'm sayin'?
(21) Anyway, I'm all by myself. I like it that way.
(22) Meanwhile, things are going on.
(23) Under-the-table kinds of things. Not too obvious...
(24) but not too secret either.
(25) So...
(26) I'm sitting there...
(27) and in walks the biggest...
(28) Mexican I have ever seen, big as shit!
(29) Just walks right in like he owns the place.
(30) Now, nobody knew quite what to make of him or quite what to think.
(31) But there he was, and in he walked.
(32) He was dark too.
(33) I don't mean dark-skinned.
(34) This was different.
(35) It was as if he was always walking in a shadow.
(36) Every step he took towards the light...
(37) just when you thought his face would be revealed, it wasn't.
(38) It was as if the lights dimmed...
(39) just for him.
(40) So this guy...
(41) takes a seat at the bar...
(42) asks the bartender for a soda pop, sits back, says nothing.
(43) He ordered a soda pop?
(44) Now, I wasn't interested in his drink.
(45) No, I was more interested in what he was carrying when he walked in.
(46) Some sort of a suitcase, kind of heavy.
(47) And he sat that thing on a stool beside him as if it were his girl.
(48) Then, all of a sudden, the bastard spoke.
(49) He started talking low and whispering with the bartender,
(50) and you know he was talking business because whatever he said upset the bartender.
(51) Especially when he mentioned...
(52) oh, he said something like:
(53) "Bitch" or...
(54) "Bucho."
(55) That's what it was.
(56) Bucho!
(57) Well, whatever he said pissed off the bartender plenty.
(58) Oh, and some of those unsavory characters I was telling you about?
(59) Not class acts like these boys here, but real scum... they got pissed too.
(60) Started pulling guns and knives and what have you, starting some shit.
(61) Now, the stranger...
(62) he bolts off of the barstool like you wouldn't believe.
(63) He grabs his case up and he dives right in the middle of the room with it.
(64) Just dives right in.
(65) Now, I don't know what he does on that floor, but he's up in two shakes, the suitcase is wide open...
(66) and he's pulled God knows what out of it, but it's the biggest hand-cannon I've ever fucking seen!
(67) And that was just the beginning.
(68) You stood there while this whole thing was going down, you didn't run for cover or join in?
(69) I was frozen stiff.
(70) All I could do was watch this...
(71) thing tear the place apart.
(72) I mean, it was amazing!
(73) Cut-throat scumbags were coming out of the woodwork and dying much-deserved deaths.
(74) Now don't get me wrong, this was no class-act group of guys like you got in here.
(75) Not at all.
(76) No, these guys were world-class turds.
(77) And I'm sorry, but they got what they deserved.
(78) It was Judgment Night in that place.
(79) So he grabs one of these guys...
(80) the only guy that's still breathing,
(81) and he starts getting information out of him.
(82) And I just knew by the whispering and all...
(83) that this guy was giving up all the goods.
(84) Spilling his guts. Confessing the world.
(85) He told that stranger everything.
(86) Everything?
(87) Can I get a cleaner mug? This one's dirty.
(88) Fuck you, man.
(89) It's the cleanest one I got.
(90) So anyway...
(91) without warning...
(92) without any hint or preview...
(93) the stranger whips around...
(94) and he sees...
(95) me.
(96) You saw his face?
(97) His face?
(98) No.
(99) His eyes.
(100) And he didn't do anything to you?
(2) Beer.

[1995] [Braveheart] English Transcripts
(1) I shall tell you of William Wallace.
(2) Historians from England will say I am a liar.
(3) But history is written by those who have hanged heroes.
(4) The King of Scotland had died without a son.
(5) And the King of England...
(6) ...a cruel pagan known as Edward the Longshanks...
(7) ...claimed the throne of Scotland for himself.
(8) Scotland's nobles fought him...
(9) ...and fought each other over the crown.
(10) So Longshanks invited them to talks of a truce.
(11) No weapons. One page only.
(12) One farmer of that shire was Malcolm Wallace...
(13) ...a commoner with his own lands.
(14) He had two sons: John and William.
(15) I told you to stay!
(16) Well, I finished my work. Where are we going?
(17) MacAndrews'. He was supposed to visit after the gathering.
(18) Can I come? No! Go home, boy!
(19) But I want to go! Go home, or you'll feel the back of my hand!
(20) Away hame, William.
(21) MacAndrews!
(22) MacAndrews!
(23) Holy Jesus.
(24) William! William!
(25) It's all right, it's all right. Easy, lad.
(26) And I say we hit back now!
(27) We cannae fight them. Something's got to be done.
(28) Wallace is right! We fight them!
(29) Every nobleman willing to fight was at that meeting!
(30) We cannot beat an army! Not with the 50 farmers we can raise.
(31) We do not have to beat them... Just fight them.
(32) Now, who's with me? I am, Wallace.
(33) All right, all right. Aye.
(34) Where do you think you're going? I'm going with you.
(35) Och, are ye? And what are you going to do?
(36) I'm gonna help.
(37) Aye, and a good help you'd be, too.
(38) But I need you to stay here...
(39) ...and look after the place for me while I'm away.
(40) I can fight!
(41) I know! I know you can fight.
(42) But it's our wits that make us men.
(43) See ye tomorrow.
(44) English! Get down.
(45) With your father and brother gone, they'll kill us and burn the farm!
(46) It's up to us, Hamish.
(47) Nah!
(48) Da?
(49) Da?
(50) William.
(51) Come here, lad.
(52) De profundis...
(53) ...clamavi ad te, Domine.
(54) Domine, exaudi vocem meam.
(55) Fiant aures tuae intendentes...
(56) ...in vocem deprecationis meae.
(57) Requiem aeternam dona eis, Domine.
(58) Et lux perpetua luceat eis.
(59) Requiescant in pace.
(60) Amen.
(61) Amen.
(62) William.
(63) I'm your uncle. Argyle.
(64) You have the look of your mother.
(65) We'll stay here tonight. Tomorrow, you'll come home with me.
(66) I don't want to leave!
(67) You didn't want your father to die either, did you?
(68) But it happened.
(69) Did the priest give a poetic benediction?
(70) The Lord bless thee and keep thee... It was in Latin.
(71) You don't speak Latin?
(72) Well, that's something we shall have to remedy.
(73) The Lord...
(74) ...bless thee and keep thee.
(75) The Lord cause his light to shine on thee.
(76) The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee...
(77) ...and give thee peace.
(78) Amen.
(79) Your heart is free.
(80) Have the courage to follow it.
(81) What are they doing?
(82) Saying goodbye in their own way.
(83) Playing outlawed tunes on outlawed pipes.
(84) It was the same for me and your daddy...

(89) ...this.
(90) Many years later...
(91) ...Edward the Longshanks, King of England...
(92) ...supervised the wedding of his eldest son, who would succeed him as king.
(93) Amen.
(94) As bride for his son...
(95) ...Longshanks had chosen the daughter of his rival...
(96) ...the King of France.
(97) It was widely whispered that for the Princess to conceive...
(98) ...Longshanks would have to do the honours himself.
(99) That may have been what he had in mind all along.
(100) Scotland...

[1995] [Batman Forever] English Transcripts
(1) Can I persuade you to take a sandwich?
(2) I'll get drive-through.
(3) You're counting on the Winged Avenger to deliver you from evil...
(4) ...aren't you, my friend?
(5) Are you going to kill me?
(6) Maybe, maybe not. We're of two minds on the subject.
(7) Are you a gambling man?
(8) Let's say we flip for it?
(9) One man is born a hero, his brother a coward.
(10) Babies starve, politicians grow fat...
(11) ...holy men are martyred, and junkies grow legion.
(12) Why?
(13) Why, why, why, why, why?
(14) Luck!
(15) Blind, stupid, simple, doo-dah...
(16) ...clueless luck!
(17) The random toss...
(18) ...is the only true justice.
(19) Let's see what justice has in store...
(20) ...for you.
(21) It's like the touch of God.
(22) Wait, wait, wait.
(23) Fortune smiles. Another day of wine and roses.
(24) In your case, beer and pizza.
(25) Out of here, guys!
(26) But you said you'd let me live! Too true!
(27) And so you shall! Nothing's better than live bait to trap a bat.
(28) Hot entrance.
(29) Two-Face?
(30) Two guards are dead.
(31) He's holding a third hostage. Didn't see this one coming.
(32) We should have.
(33) The Second Bank of Gotham
(34) Second anniversary of the day I captured him.
(35) How could he resist?
(36) I'm Chase Meridian.
(37) I asked her to come here to consult on the case. She specializes in
(38) Abnormal psychology, multiple personalities. I read your work.
(39) Insightful.
(40) Naive, but insightful.
(41) I'm flattered. Not every girl makes a superhero's night table.
(42) Can we reason with him?
(43) He's got innocent people up there. It won't do any good.
(44) He'll slaughter them without a thought. Agreed.
(45) A trauma powerful enough to create an alternate personality leaves one
(46) In a world where normal rules of right and wrong no longer apply.
(47) Exactly.
(48) Like you.
(49) I could write a hell of a paper on a man who dresses like a flying rodent.
(50) Bats aren't rodents, Dr. Meridian.
(51) Really? I didn't know that.
(52) You are interesting.
(53) And call me Chase.
(54) By the way, do you have a first name, or do I call you Bats?
(55) Let's start this party with a bang!
(56) Very punctual, even for his own funeral. Boys!
(57) Kill the Bat!
(58) Blast him!
(59) Open sesame.
(60) It's a trap!
(61) Attention citizens of fair Gotham!
(62) When we open that safe, we'll have everything we ever wanted:
(63) Enough cash to rain down upon fair Gotham, a glorious flood of chaos.
(64) And, of course...
(65) ...you, my boy, dead!
(66) It's boiling acid!
(67) For your dying pleasure, we are serving the acid that made us the men we are!
(68) No!
(69) Hold on. Yes!
(70) Haul away!
(71) Yes! Haul away!
(72) Give me your hand. Don't let go!
(73) I must borrow this.
(74) That's my hearing aid!
(75) Thanks.
(76) Wow! My shoes are melting!
(77) No more!
(78) Hang on.
(79) Hang on?
(80) Get him down.
(81) Get him down.
(82) Take it easy with him.
(83) You'll be all right. Just stay calm.
(84) This'll fix him!
(85) Hang on, Batty!
(86) Let's see.
(87) Yes!
(88) Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes! Oh, happy day!
(89) Farewell forever to that...
(90) ...pointy-eared night rat!
(91) Face!
(92) You need help. Give it up.
(93) Have the good taste to die!
(94) See you!
(95) Despite a valiant effort last night by Batman...
(96) ...Harvey Two-Face is still at large and extremely dangerous.
(97) In other news today...
(98) ...billionaire Bruce Wayne extended his profit-sharing program...
(99) ...to the employees of the successful electronics branch of Wayne Enterprises.
